77cb Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an account on 77cb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 77cb or any affiliated programme.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative of any employee or director of 77cb or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. Submitting false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

77cb reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of any pending withdrawal until the matter is resolved.

Each eligible individual may register and operate exactly one (1) account on the 77cb platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77cb will close all such accounts, void any associated bonuses, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with, disclosed to, or used by any third party. 77cb will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77cb support immediately at [email protected].

Accounts that remain inactive — defined as having no login activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. 77cb reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of up to Rs 500 per month to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance, after providing written notice. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed.

77cb accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. No other payment methods are accepted at this time. Deposits made through methods not listed above will not be credited and may be subject to a return processing delay.

The minimum deposit amount on 77cb is Rs 500. There is no universal maximum deposit limit; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits, which 77cb has no control over. Players are advised to check the applicable limits with their payment provider before initiating large transactions.

All deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours to reflect in your 77cb account balance, depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not been credited within 4 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 77cb does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any anonymous payment method.
• Deposits are subject to standard anti-money laundering (AML) checks. 77cb may request documentation to verify the source of funds at any time.
• Deposits are not subject to any processing fee by 77cb, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering policy. Requests to withdraw to a different account or different person will not be approved.

77cb targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 2 to 6 hours during business hours. These are target times only; actual processing may be affected by payment network conditions, bank holidays, or enhanced verification requirements.

Before any withdrawal is processed, 77cb may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This process includes the submission of a valid CNIC or passport and proof of the payment method used. Withdrawals will be held pending until KYC is satisfied. Players are advised to complete their verification proactively to avoid delays.

77cb offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, free spin allocations, and cashback offers. All bonuses are optional — players are not required to accept any promotional offer. By opting in to a bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these General Terms & Conditions.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and game contribution percentages are stated in full within each individual promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and will be displayed as a separate bonus balance.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unwagered bonuses that expire will be removed from your account automatically.
• 77cb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses claimed or used in a manner deemed abusive — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements, coordinated multi-account exploitation, or arbitrage betting — will be voided and the associated account reviewed.
• PSL-specific promotions are time-limited and are only valid during the stated tournament window.

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on 77cb are final once confirmed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and market — are correct before confirming. 77cb does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under normal circumstances.

Sports betting markets on 77cb — including PSL cricket, international T20, Test matches, and other sporting events — are subject to specific sporting and market rules. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstances, 77cb will apply the relevant sporting body's ruling or void the affected market and return stakes. These decisions are final.

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and arcade titles — use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The house edge for each game is determined by the game's published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is displayed within the game information panel. 77cb does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed at point of play.
• 77cb reserves the right to void any wager placed under technical error conditions, including but not limited to incorrect odds display, system malfunction, or software bug.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the discretion of 77cb risk management — particularly around significant match events or where data integrity cannot be verified in real time.
• Any winnings resulting from exploiting a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77cb platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all funds potentially forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Money laundering or financial crime: Using 77cb for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Fraud: Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards, or misrepresented identities to deposit funds or claim bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip dumping in poker, coordinated live dealer table play, or syndicated bonus exploitation.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with 77cb in a manner not sanctioned by 77cb to gain an advantage.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate 77cb transactions.
• Impersonation: Registering an account or submitting verification documents in any name or identity other than your own.
• Minors accessing the platform: Registering on behalf of, or allowing access by, any person under the age of 21.

77cb's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77cb does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including payment network outages, ISP failures, or force majeure events) may occasionally affect platform availability. 77cb will not be liable for losses arising from such events.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77cb platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of 77cb.

The 77cb name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of 77cb. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

77cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• You have engaged in or are suspected of engaging in any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct;
• You have provided false or misleading information at registration or during a verification process;
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the integrity of our games, other players, or our operations;
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a relevant authority.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to any breach by you, your available real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any active bonuses will be forfeited and your remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 77cb holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated by the governing licence authority.
